In the wake of a recent certificate scandal brought to light by a diligent Nigerian investigative journalist, the Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, has swiftly addressed the concerns, emphasizing the board’s commitment to maintaining the integrity of the examination process.

Speaking during his visit to a newly acquired building by JAMB in Lagos, Nigeria, Prof. Oloyede responded to the allegations of certificate forgery by highlighting the stringent measures the examination body has implemented to minimize such irregularities.

The registrar stated that JAMB, under his leadership, follows due process meticulously, leaving no room for any form of misconduct or irregularities in the examination and admission processes. He reassured the public that the board takes any allegations of impropriety seriously and is dedicated to upholding the credibility of its operations.

The newly acquired building, a significant addition to JAMB’s infrastructure in Lagos, is seen as pivotal in expanding the services of the examination body.
